-No changes to the shipping address can be made once payment is made. ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED to address inserted BY YOU at check out.

-No refunds will be given after first payment has been made to “HOLD” a item of your choice. No refunds, swapping, trading is allowed after you pay for your item on a live show or a custom order weather or not item has been shipped already.

- You can not “change” your mind or and ask for a refund after taking the responsibility of claiming the item on a live show or custom order.

- You can not return swap or trade a item after you have received the item at home that you consciously claimed or want to return because you “DON’T” like the what you claimed on show.

-THIS or THAT GAME: When your on a show of THIS OR THAT please DO NOT participate if you don’t want to receive a mystery item or mystery gifts  This game only shows part of the item with a FULL DESCRIPTION of the fabric BESIDES the size. THE SIZE IS A MYSTERY!!! 

-HOLDS OR LAYAWAYS: After the FIRST fail to comply with the payment arrangements YOUR order gets canceled and you forfeit funds and items at the moment. Unless have COMMUNICATED WITH OWNER INGRID MARTINEZ.

-Defective items FAULT OF MINKY ADDICTS can be exchanged within 5 business days of being received. Minky Addicts isn’t responsible for item being damaged IN TRANSIT. Minky addicts pays for insurance for every package and we will File a claim to recover the insurance money to cover any damages or lost or stolen packages. As the insurance company is a 3rd party THEY HAVE THE FINAL DECISION ON THE CLAIM NOT MINKY ADDICTS.
